Initial Consultation
Our dentists will review your medical history with you. Certain medical conditions can increase the risk of oral health problems or may have reactions to local anaesthetics. Furthermore, it will help dentists create a personalised treatment plan. Some of the medications you take can also make you more vulnerable to developing cavities or gum disease.
Whether it is an emergency or a regular check-up, our dentist will perform a thorough examination, which may include X-rays, including a full-mouth X-ray (OPG).
If a dentist finds an oral health problem, the dentist will sit down to explain how and why you may have it and discuss treatment options.
Some treatments may not be done on the same day if you booked for a regular check-up. You may have to make additional appointments.
